We organize team-building events for groups from 2 to as many as 1000 or more . For larger groups – from 200 to as many as 1000 people at a time – we organize urban and outdoor games with team-building options, as well as puzzle quests . We also create attractions for large-scale city picnics, for example, for 15-25 visitors . An example is the annual Anniversary Picnics for the Royal Castle in Warsaw.

Absolutely! We personalize games to meet specific needs. We estimate dedicated integration activities after thoroughly understanding your expectations. Then, we can best determine possible integration options and present you with specific options. For companies, we prepare dedicated attractions, most often focusing on the company's specific activities, its history, and values, as well as games related to training topics and brand promotion. We are also familiar with games promoting a specific product or service (whether among employees to better understand a new product, or as a promotional campaign among customers and business partners, or even for viral campaigns). For cities and cultural institutions, we develop personalized games that promote both the city and its residents. The themes of city games most often concern the city's history or tourist attractions, as well as national events celebrated within a given city.

If there is bad weather on the scheduled game date, we have three options:

We're continuing to play outside, despite the rain. Our games are guided by the motto: "There's no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing." ;) And if necessary, we'll provide raincoats for participants.
We offer a range of attractions, both indoors and outdoors, allowing you to quickly transfer the fun from the outdoors to indoors. We can't move city and field games, as the name suggests, but if you're staying at a hotel during your team-building trip, with the hotel's consent, we can host indoor games in case of inclement weather, such as our "Danse Macabre" investigation, "Crime Show" investigation, themed Escape Rooms, as well as Questing with Riddles or Challenge Boxes – Offsite Mission. These attractions can take place outdoors, in a hotel or office building. We offer many options, the location of which can be easily changed, so if you book your game well in advance, you don't have to worry about the weather :).
We have a number of attractions that we run mainly indoors, such as a criminal investigation with the theme of a murder in a hotel – "Crime Show", Quiz Show "Familiada" and Mobile Puzzle Rooms.
Regardless of the option chosen, we always check the weather 24-48 hours before the event with reliable weather services and in the event of precipitation or other inconveniences, we contact you to adjust the event.

Most of our attractions, both for companies and cities, are personalized and priced individually. Therefore, we won't be able to provide a straight-forward price for your event. First, we need to calculate everything and factor in various variables. This ensures that the event pricing reflects your team's specific needs and expectations.

The price of our services is a component of many factors:

The number of participants and the number of staff on our side corresponding to it (number
animators, actors, and event coordinators). For example, quests are events where one person drives the entire game (with the application) for up to 100 people. In the case of investigative games, a 20-person group requires the participation of 7 actors.

Location, which is not only related to the number of kilometers you have to travel to reach a specific location, but depending on the location and event start time, it's sometimes necessary to arrive a day early to avoid unpleasant surprises. If the event begins in the morning or ends late in the evening, we provide accommodation for our team. We don't leave for events at 2 a.m. and try not to return that late. We ensure our animators are well-rested and ready to work.

Event Dates – Peak season sees the highest volume of inquiries and fulfillments, resulting in the highest demand and higher prices than off-season dates. The season covers May, June, September, the first half of October, and December.

Type of attraction and nature of the event – ​​depending on the integration option, we need a smaller or larger number of staff and equipment to carry out the event.

Type of venue – during each game we adapt our scenario to the venue, but if the venue is particularly demanding or necessary, we conduct an on-site inspection.

If the event is to be 100% dedicated, the pricing is different. We include conceptual work, consultations, dedicated equipment, etc.

Unless we're organizing a comprehensive corporate trip for your company, where we'll add the planned attractions from start to finish, you can choose from attractions that last up to 1 hour or those that will take you 3-4 hours. For shorter options, we offer puzzle quests, challenge boxes, game shows, mobile escape rooms, and optional activities. However, if you'd like the fun to last a bit longer, which also positively impacts team building, we recommend our fictionalized city and field games for companies, as well as our original crime investigations, such as "Crime Show" and "Danse Macabre," which are the most engaging forms of entertainment for corporate team-building events.

Quiz Show: 30-60 minutes; number of participants – from 1 to… 10,000

City/Outdoor Games – approx. 3 hours; number of participants from – 1 to 1000+ people per game

Quests: 1,5-2 hours; number of participants – from 5 to 1000 people per game

Criminal investigations: approximately 3 hours; number of participants: up to 150 people per investigation

Mobile Escape Rooms – this is a turn-based attraction, with short scenarios lasting 15-25 minutes and longer ones lasting approximately 50 minutes; the number of participants ranges from 4 to 6 (in a group) per turn. We can organize up to 5 escape rooms at once (total capacity of up to 30 people per turn).

Challenge boxes: 1,5-2 hours; number of participants – from 5 to 120 people

Family game: 45-90 minutes; number of participants – from 6 to 14 people per game, we can run up to 5 games in parallel.

In most cases, we rely on mutual respect and trust. We issue invoices for payment only after the event. However, there are exceptions to this rule, for example, if we organize a comprehensive team-building trip for you, including hotel stays and meals. In such a situation, we must settle the account with the hotel in the form of an advance payment, which means we must also issue an advance payment to your company. We also issue advance payments for larger projects – over PLN 50 net.

If you're looking for a specific event date, the best time to contact us is 2-3 months before your planned integration. Occasionally, we'll schedule an event 2-3 weeks in advance, but it's a bit like playing the lottery with our calendar, especially in months like April-May-June, September-October, and December. Although we often organize multiple events on the same day, some dates on the calendar are much busier than others.
