Karl's unusual birthday
We recently faced an interesting challenge! A group of about a dozen Norwegians and the 50th birthday of one of them. It had to be original and tasteful. An unusual birthday, just what we love most. For the residents of the far north, we prepared... a cooking school! They could try their hand at fusion cuisine and then, under the guidance of a professional sommelier, select the right wines for the occasion. In the second part, we prepared a James Bond-style Casino Royale for our group. They could try their hand at a game (we didn't play for money) styled after a real casino. The finale, late at night, took place in a strong rock atmosphere – after all, in Norway, it's in everyone's blood! See what it was like!
