City
We turn sightseeing into discovery.
Promotion and marketing
We turn product promotion into a mission.
Onboarding
We turn onboarding into an adventure.
Choose a main topic
You decide what the quest will be about. It can promote a city, an investment, a product, an event, a new company headquarters, or support employee onboarding. Based on this, we design the story and tasks.
We design the route and puzzles
We prepare the scenario, develop the puzzles and riddles, and arrange the tasks in the chosen space. The quest can take place in the city, a park, an office, a hotel, a school, a shopping mall, or on a development site.
You choose how to have fun
The Quest can be paper or digital. Participants solve tasks individually or in teams of 4-6, competing or collaborating towards a common goal. Depending on the scenario, you'll find guided, self-service, and mobile app-based checkpoints along the route.
Participants set off on the route
Clues lead to additional locations, secret codes, and hidden puzzles. Along the way, participants solve puzzles, complete tasks, find clues, and uncover further elements of the story.
Complete freedom
The game can begin with a shared start and end with a shared finale, or allow participants to join in at any time. This allows quests to last an hour, a week, or even several months.
The finale belongs to the discoverers
The quest may end with a ranking of the top participants, finding hidden treasure, opening a safe, or claiming a prize. Depending on the scenario, the finale may include branded merchandise, vouchers, material prizes, or the joint solution of the final puzzle.

From 1 to as many as 10,000 participants, Questing is perfect for both small-scale corporate events and large-scale city-wide events or promotional campaigns. The flexible format allows us to tailor the number of participants, duration, and gameplay to the goals and nature of the event.
Absolutely! We can base the scenario on the history of your city, region, investment, product, service, event, or company's activities. Instead of imparting knowledge through presentations or information boards, we engage participants in solving puzzles and discovering new clues. This makes them much more likely to learn the topic and better remember the content—not because they have to, but because they want to solve the next puzzle.
Of course, questing is an extremely flexible form of play, which, unlike classic city games, can last not only an hour or a day, but also several weeks, months, or even six months. Depending on the scenario, participants begin the game together or join at any time. This makes questing ideal for promotional campaigns, city events, onboarding sessions, or long-term educational projects.
There's no need for that. Questing is conducted in paper, digital, or mobile app formats. Depending on the scenario, participants use a web browser or our tablets, which already have the app installed. This eliminates the need to download anything or create an account. If the game uses the mobile app, one device per team is sufficient.
Absolutely! This is one of the most frequently chosen scenarios by companies. Instead of conveying information through presentations or office tours, we transform onboarding into an engaging game. By solving puzzles and completing tasks, participants learn about the company's space, its operating principles, organizational culture, and team members. This allows them to find their feet much faster in a new environment and better remember key information—like the fastest way to the coffee machine ;).
Not necessarily; quests can be conducted entirely independently, with the participation of facilitators, or in a mixed format. Depending on the scenario, participants solve tasks independently or meet facilitators along the route who lead selected game points. Many of our projects are based on self-service tasks, allowing us to organize quests for very large groups and run them over many days, weeks, or even months. This option also allows us to reduce event organization costs while maintaining a high level of participant engagement.

After all, who would want to simply look at participatory budget investments or attend another health and safety training session? And thanks to questing, we've encouraged several hundred people to discover city investments.
Questing is a game of discovery that combines elements of urban games, geocaching, and scavenger hunts. It transforms ordinary sightseeing, traditional education, and clichéd promotion into an adventure and experience. Because the most effective promotion, education, and onboarding begin with participant engagement.
Instead of passively reading information boards or listening to presentations, participants independently solve puzzles , find clues, uncover secrets, and gain further information through action. As a result , they don't even notice that they're learning more about the city and region, the company, the investment and product, or an important event or social project.
Questing makes people want to discover things they would normally ignore. That's why it's perfect for employee onboarding, city and regional promotions , new investment launches , educational events , and marketing campaigns . It's much easier to remember a story you've discovered yourself than one you've read on a bulletin board.
The event can last an hour or six months . One person or 10,000 people can participate .
Unlike classic city games, questing doesn't require a set start time. Participants can join in whenever they want.
This makes questing ideal for multi-day or multi-month events, promotional campaigns, and citywide events involving large audiences . This format also allows players to avoid queues at the game's start and finish lines.
We design each scenario from scratch , tailoring it to your company, product, service, event, city, or project. The quests incorporate puzzles, logical riddles, photographs, audio recordings, short films , and tasks requiring players to find a specific location or take a photo.
In the basic variant , we use elements of the existing space – trees, monuments, information boards, shop windows and office equipment.
In more complex projects, we design custom boxes, chests, safes, and self-service game points tailored to the scenario and visual identification of the event.
Questing can be collaborative , competitive , or a combination of both . Participants solve tasks individually or in teams , earning points for correct answers and completed missions.
The game can be played in paper or digital format . Depending on the scenario, participants follow game cards or a mobile app and a map on their phone, earning codes, opening caches, and unlocking the next stages of the adventure.
The route may include both points with animators and self-service tasks , and the game may end with a ranking of the best teams, a joint solution to the last puzzle, or finding prizes and vouchers.
