Obtaining personal data
We do not need your personal data when using our Websites (hereinafter referred to as "Websites", "Website"), however, the use of the "Newsletter" Service requires the User to provide an e-mail address.
Consent to the processing of personal data
The User may use the Newsletter service after expressing prior consent to the processing of personal data provided by him/her for the purpose of performing the Service consisting in the marketing of own products and services.
Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to provide the Services referred to above.

Processing of personal data

Users or their legal representatives have the right to access their data and the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing, transfer, object, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. In the event of a request to delete personal data required to perform a specific Service, such request is tantamount to a declaration of termination of the contract for the provision of that Service to the extent requested.
