We are looking for crazy people to join our team CUDOteam in the role of:
ANIMATOR
We are looking for candidates primarily from Silesia, but we are open to people from various parts of Poland – especially from cities such as Warsaw, Wrocław, Kraków, and the Tricity area.
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A MIRACLE ANIMATOR?
- Animated event participants – both children and adults. We organize events for people of all ages.
- He/she implemented the event program – we will inform you in advance what your task at a specific event is – what you will be doing, what character you will be playing and what equipment you will need to use (which we will, of course, provide you with).
- He/She did things you might have never dreamed of – some of our activities can be described as truly unusual, but more on that below.
- He had a great time – and this is confirmed not only by American scientists, but also by all our CUDOanimators… and not only that!
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BECOME A MIRACLE ANIMATOR?
- Availability We organize most events from April to October, with events taking place during the week, on weekends, or even several days in a row. We're flexible in this regard; you can work whenever you can and whenever there's an event to do. However, we'd like you to attend at least three events during the season, so we can get to know each other a little better.
- Experience in animation or social activities – all types of additional activities are welcome: volunteering, interest groups or other hobby flights to Mars.
- My own Initiatives and doses creativity.
- Flexibility (and I'm not talking about the ability to do the splits, although that can undoubtedly be your advantage, but the ability to quickly adapt to changing event conditions).
- Sense of humor ❗
- You don't need student status or other such things – we are open to people of all ages. 🙂
- Take matters into your own hands and apply for this campaign, because recruiting animators for the #cudoteam is for everyone. 💪
YOUR ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGES WILL CERTAINLY BE:
- No fear before making contact with people.
- Capacity improvisation and rapid response.
- The desire to taking on different roles – you never know who you'll be playing next. Maybe it'll be Robin Hood, maybe Gandalf, or maybe Chuck Norris.
- Readiness to take on unusual challenges and tasks – from helping with solving puzzles in the Escape Room, through painting children's faces, twisting balloons and arranging large blocks, to pushing Roman's corpse (who is Roman?!) from the rock, staining the room with blood and lurking for people in the darkness…
- No contraindications to short and long journeys – We organize events in various corners of Poland. We'll take you where you need to go (or ask you to drive yourself, but all arrangements must be made), but we need your willingness!
- Unusual skills – riding a unicycle, being able to lick your elbow, knowing the elven language or anything else – is always welcome with us!
- Skill reading comprehension i acting with reason – (we know it's risky, but maybe... 😀), and it will be useful to you now!
WHAT WILL WE GIVE YOU IN RETURN?
- Remuneration (who would have expected!) for every event or other activity carried out with us (The method is simple – you get an offer + a rate, you accept it – we have fun, you don't accept it – no hard feelings, we'll work it out next time 😉).

- Possibility of strengthening cooperation (on mutually agreed terms) and a proud promotion to, for example, CudoEventSuperManager, if we feel mutual chemistry.
