There's no such thing as bad weather. Just bad clothing! We've been following this principle for a long time, and we know that in winter, there's a better way to warm up than sitting inside, under a blanket, with a cup of tea, and watching Netflix. Winter city games are an opportunity to transport yourself to the fairytale world of Frozen and, like Anna and Elsa, tame winter by losing yourself in solving various puzzles and outdoor tasks!

Urban and outdoor games and activities are excellent outdoor entertainment that combines great fun and team-building with a touch of competition. Importantly, they can be organized not only in summer!
Just dress warmly, gather your team, pack a good mood, and you're ready to set off on your snowy adventure! And who knows, maybe you'll even grab a hot ginger tea or hot chocolate at one of the checkpoints...? 😉
What exactly are winter city games?
A field game is a fun activity in which various challenges are placed around the city in a specific area. It's also a way to take a unique stroll through the city and explore it differently than usual. Furthermore, anyone can participate – just gather and register your team!
The participants' goals are:
- reaching points in the field with assistance directions and maps, which can be classic paper or virtual (in a mobile application),
- then execution from several to a dozen or so tasks and solving puzzles,
- and finally, collecting as many points as possible in the shortest possible time before reaching the finish line.
During the game you will meet our animators at the task points. Each of them is disguised and dressed in outfits that refer to the atmosphere of the chosen scenario.
Thanks to this, you can get even more involved in the story and transport you to a fairy-tale world like Narnia!
As part of the challenges, you'll complete various tasks related to Santa's workshop . For example, you'll be smelling Christmas scents or racing on skis. Sometimes they'll be puzzles , and sometimes they'll be team-building activities that require the entire group to work together.
The variety of tasks requires different skills, and everyone can demonstrate or discover their strengths! As a result, each team receives points for their completed activities.
This heightens the competitive spirit and allows for even greater teamwork. Of course, the best players will receive a final special mission (e.g., defusing a bomb or opening a treasure chest) and a small reward.
Teams move individually with the help of materials and game cards distributed at the start.
Each group will receive their own package, which includes : directions on how to locate the points, supporting materials, encrypted messages and the most valuable thing: a pen!
All daredevils are greeted at the start by a coordinator who explains the rules and introduces participants to the atmosphere and storyline. This person oversees the event and determines the winning team in the final round.
Sample Scenario for a Winter City Game – The Grinch's Evil Plans!
As quickly as the first snow fell, it melted... What's more, by some strange coincidence, we heard "Last Christmas" on the radio during the summer holidays, and Christmas candy appeared on store shelves as early as September. Someone seems to want to ruin the magic of Christmas for everyone! Therefore, your goal will be to rise to the challenge and repair before the holidays what the mysterious figure, who has been nicknamed... the Grinch at Santa's Elf Department (WEM), has already managed to destroy.
Waiting for you here:
- fun lasting from 2,5 to 3 hours,
- challenges team building and animators (e.g.: repairing a damaged canyon or filling Christmas stockings with treats),
- we can carry out the event with the help of mobile application and/ or classic paper cards,
- closed box with a Christmas token of gratitude from Santa Claus (content to be determined),
- possible implementation in Polish or English,
- participants operate in approx. 8-person teams.

1. Hello Santa! Meeting with Santa Claus!
For the youngest participants and winter enthusiasts, we have a special guest who came straight from Lapland! On a real sleigh! And he brought reindeer, elves, and even Olaf from Frozen! And best of all, he also has a bag of gifts! You don't have to complete any special tasks to receive a gift. What's more, Santa doesn't even ask if the children have been "good"! He gives them gifts precisely because... they are children :).
On the occasion of meeting Santa Claus, we have for our little ones:
- painting baubles in Santa's workshop with the elves,
- making magical snowflakes,
- face painting,
- modeling Olaf,
- snowball fight,
- decorating gingerbread cookies,
- making Christmas cards,
- making Christmas Eve decorations – wreaths, Christmas tree chains,
- Christmas dances and carols.
Such a meeting will warm not only the hearts of the youngest, but will perfectly introduce you to the Christmas atmospheret, full of magic, smiles and joy!
2. Christmas Tree Weaving Workshop
Think you need years of practice to weave something from wicker? Nothing could be further from the truth! Our experts from our partner company, Serfenta, not only create true wicker wonders. They also share their knowledge and stories about the craft by organizing wickerwork workshops in Poland and around the world!
Anyone can participate in the workshops, even if you've never wove before and this will be your first experience with wicker. After the workshop, everyone will go home with a handmade Christmas tree, star, bauble, or other holiday decoration!
During the workshops, we work with natural, ecological, fragrant, and hand-harvested wicker and colorful cotton strings. Decorative Christmas trees are made using the exotic koboko weave. This weave may inspire you to create your own decorations and creations.
Our Master Basket Makers will not only introduce you to the secrets of basketry . You'll also learn about the materials used in Poland and see basketry from around the world! A meeting with Serfenta isn't just an opportunity to try something new and decorate your home with an original piece.
It's also a way to relax and unwind while engaging in creative, manual work. While it requires focus and concentration, it allows you to slow down the pace of everyday life . As the girls at Serfenta say, when your hands are working, your mind is resting! 🙂
3. Christmas Hand Made workshops with real Miracles!
This attraction is being organized in collaboration with the professional Hand Made – Fabryka Relacji workshop. The workshop is led by Ela, the owner of the Factory, who is a true wizard when it comes to creating small works of art ! Such as greeting cards, Christmas wreaths, and many other decorations that will beautify our homes and bring smiles to the faces of our loved ones!
Hand-made workshops are a great way to develop children's creativity and express themselves . Hand-made projects, in turn, support the development of fine motor skills . They also introduce children to a world of art they won't encounter in preschool or school. As a result, they learn various techniques, working with different materials, and using unusual tools. It's also a great way to spend quality family time. See what wonders are created during Hand-made workshops!
Christmas Cards
- True festival of various decorations, various textures and colors. From wood and pebbles, through glitter and bows, to buttons, wallpaper and sewing materials.
- Magic 3D Cards with a special mechanism by which, after opening the card a three-dimensional decoration will open!
Mockups and boxes for Christmas treasures
- Model of Santa Claus's house – inside, with real wallpaper, curtains on the windows, a Christmas tree and a set table! Such a house, decorated with Christmas decorations and dusted with snow, it a real work of art! No wonder it causes huge smiles on the children's faces!
- Christmas Gingerbread Box with an engraved wooden keychain as a gift. Children will create a handmade box that can later be used as a storage space for small treasures. Along the way, they will learn paper crafting, stamping, gluing, and embossing techniques. They will also receive an engraved wooden keychain.
Christmas wreath and Christmas tree decorations
- Christmas Wreath, is a workshop that smells like Christmas! There is a pleasant smell during the meeting green twigs, cinnamon and dried oranges. By using ready-made forms, children will create beautiful Christmas wreaths using a variety of elements. From wooden ornaments to baubles, bows, pine cones, and even dried fruit.
- Christmas Tree Decorations – this workshop even more will introduce you to the magic of Christmas. Children will create a set of ornaments to hang on the Christmas tree. They will also learn how to combine materials and learn about different decorating styles, such as boho or glamor.
Learning painting techniques
- Triptych on Canvas – children will learn different paint application techniques. In addition to brushes, they will use various other items with which they will put paint on the canvasTriptychs will be a beautiful decoration for your home or a unique Christmas gift!
- Projects with paper, ink and stamps. While working, children learn embossing paper with a special machine, cutting with cutting dies, stamping and using ink using various techniques. Later they can prepare a Christmas picture using paper from self-created invoice!
