    Plot

    Comrades! The homeland needs people who are capable, efficient, and utterly dedicated to their cause. Or at least those who can give that impression…

    For the purposes of the game, the hotel grounds and its surroundings are transformed into the Recreation Center of the Office of the Council of Ministers of the Polish People's Republic , where delegates from all over the country come to the XXXI Congress of the Party's Central Committee.

    The official program includes discussions on the state of the country and a rich array of cultural and educational activities. Unofficially, however, the party's top leadership has a completely different plan. The congress is a major test to select the most promising Comrades – future cadres capable of one day assuming responsibility for the fate of our country!

    One must therefore demonstrate knowledge of the People's Republic of Poland, decipher a secret message from brotherly comrades, prove one's usefulness on a construction site, create a work worthy of a socialist artist, pass a defense training test, and, of course, prove that collective cooperation always takes precedence over the interests of the individual.

    Rules 

    Participants are welcomed by the Cultural and Educational Instructor , who introduces delegates to the Congress, presents the rules, and divides them into teams. As a warm-up, we test whether the memory of the Polish People's Republic is truly eternal – a quick quiz asks questions about iconic objects, films, television, motoring, and everyday life in the Polish People's Republic.

    Then, teams head to the Center, where they'll encounter staff-led stations and unattended tasks . Each station presents a different challenge—sometimes involving skill, others logic, creativity, or requiring the entire team to work together.

    Therefore, a team composed solely of the best bricklayers, marksmen, or speechwriters doesn't win. Knowledge, cunning, coordination, creativity, agility, and the ability to utilize the talents of all team members are essential.

    Representatives of the organizational apparatus are constantly monitoring the proper conduct of the Congress. After all, the Party may not see everything, but the organizers definitely do.

    Tasks

    Individual competitions draw on history, pop culture, everyday objects and the characteristic language of the Polish People's Republic, but above all, they are an excuse for team fun.

    We tailor the tasks to the venue and nature of the event. Competitions may include:

    • Memory lives forever! – a quick quiz during which we test the Comrades’ knowledge about the life, culture and absurdities of the Polish People’s Republic.
    • Cipher machine – a secret message from the Czech Comrades is waiting to be read using a typewriter with… a slightly modified layout of characters.
    • His eye got detached, that teddy bear – Teamwork to sew the mascot on time. Speed, accuracy, and approval from the plant manager are key.
    • Bricklayer's triples – all of Poland is building! The team transports the "bricks" and then, under the guidance of a selected builder, recreates the designated structure.
    • In the cafeteria – two bowls, two spoons connected by one chain and a simple task that quickly proves that without the cooperation of the collective you won't get far.
    • Art with a capital S – participants work together to control a giant marker using strings and create a poster worthy of the best propaganda traditions.
    • We are building a better future – wooden elements, a team crane and a structure that must be built without touching the blocks with your hands.
    • Won't you have a drink with me? – half a liter of… water, glasses and a test of the collective efficiency, because the proper hydration of citizens is, after all, a state matter!
    • Defensive training – the enemy does not sleep, so the delegates face a miniature relay race inspired by old PO – Defense Training classes.
    • Treasures from the past – without using your eyesight, you have to recognize objects from a bygone era and decipher their ancient uses.
    • Festival of Known and Unknown Songs – Everyone can sing a little better or a little worse, but it's not about who sings what! Especially if they do it a cappella and with the full support of the entire collective.
    • Range – an accuracy test for Companions with an exceptionally steady eye.
    • Voice of the Nation – The teams are preparing their own fiery speeches for the closing of the XXXI Congress, which will require creativity, improvisation, the right amount of pathos and the ability to speak as if the future of the entire country depended on each sentence!

    We design and manufacture some of the equipment used in our competitions ourselves. We utilize technologies such as laser and 3D printing, allowing us to create custom designs and props tailored to specific tasks.
