Saturday morning wasn't a good one for the Black Forest area. A traffic accident, a fire, a nail driven into a hand during renovations, an injury during morning training, and other incidents. The Volunteer Rescue Teams stepped in to help. That's what our field game with first aid elements looked like! *
All the situations the participants encountered were recreated with meticulous attention to detail and authenticity. During our game, participants interacted with role-players who represent various medical professions on a daily basis, making the entire experience incredibly authentic.
After the fieldwork, participants discussed all incidents with a professional paramedic, who explained possible errors, their consequences, and demonstrated appropriate behavior in crisis situations. We hope that the experience and knowledge gained will never have to be used in real life.
