Cycling months in the capital

Cycling events – this was the highlight of spring 2017. These were primarily interesting events related to the European Cycling Competition (ECC) in Warsaw.

It all started with a picnic in April and culminated in June – the month of summing up May's achievements. During this time, we managed to feel right at home in the capital 😊.

As part of our promotional events, we painted bike paths to remind cyclists that May is a special month for cyclists. We encouraged cyclists in various ways to participate in the ECC and the Mileage for Warsaw program. We taught them how to perform the 3S maneuver . We traveled the length and breadth of Warsaw to inform cycling enthusiasts about the cycling competition among European cities.

For several days, we encouraged students at universities to hop on their two wheels and contribute their kilometers to the city's overall tally, as well as compete as part of the university team for prizes for the best teams. During the promotion, participants could try riding a unicycle and even charge their cell phones using their own muscle power thanks to a bicycle generator . For those just getting their vehicles out of balconies, garages, and other storage spaces, we offered an initial service at the diagnostic station.

Thanks to our crazy team, you could also watch Superhero "3S" in action , instructing cyclists on how to properly perform the 3S maneuver: look, signal, turn (remember: never the other way around 😊), and also encouraging them to ride our maneuvering area and participate in a cycling-themed quiz . During the event, we distributed hundreds of bicycle mirrors and reflectors , which will make cycling on the paths safer.

The concluding picnic (June 10th) was packed with attractions for children, including the beloved trampoline , construction games, and numerous competitions with prizes! There was also something for adults and families with children – a small off-road cycling game ! As it turned out, it wasn't so small after all 😊. Despite the heat, participants enthusiastically explored the map and solved the puzzles. Their efforts were sure to be rewarded – everyone received cycling gadgets!

After such an intense month on the bike, the Cudotworni team isn't giving up and is pushing the envelope – primarily for themselves, their health, and the immense joy that recharges our batteries. You might be surprised, but it's while cycling that we come up with the most original and crazy challenges for you 😊.
